Warwickshire County Council wishes to refresh the multi-provider framework for the provision of SEND Educational Day Placements. Coventry CC and Solihull MBC and other authorities from the West Midlands Region may use the framework. The framework will provide a wide selection of providers who will deliver the individual outcomes for young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) aged between 4–19 years.

The framework will be in Lots based on the age of the children/young people:

— Lot 1: Children aged 4—11,

— Lot 2: Children aged 11—16,

— Lot 3: Young people 16—19.

Providers will work with the Local Authorities to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people according to their education health and care plan (EHCP) aged between 4—19 years whose needs cannot be met within local maintained.

Settings and who require highly specialist provision in bespoke settings.

This is to allow new providers to apply for a contract for Independent/non-maintained Specialist Providers of Educational (day) services and to allow those who are unsuccessful first time around to re-apply.

This process will include the same documentation as this tender (with the exception of dates, etc.). These competitions will be live for a period of 3 to 6 months. However, if the Authority receives a high-level interest for the service the Authority reserves the right to close the competition at an earlier date.
