Bidders must confirm they are appropriately registered with the Care Inspectorate for the services required.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Bidders will be required to submit their ‘general’ yearly turnover for the last 3 years;

Bidders will be required to submit their ‘specific’ turnover in the business area covered by the contract for the last 3 years;

Bidders will be required to state the values for the following ratio(s):

Current Ratio;

Net Profit Margin.

The acceptable range for each financial ratio is:

Current Ratio — more than 1;

Net Profit Margin — positive.

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Employer’s Liability Insurance = 10 000 000 GBP;

Public Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 GBP.
