The Scottish Government (SG) wishes to contract an appropriate external organisation, through open competition, to administer a new Early Learning & Childcare (ELC) Inclusion Fund. The Fund will support children with disabilities and other additional support needs to access their funded ELC entitlement, and ensure that staff working in ELC settings receive appropriate training to help them meet the needs of such children.
