Invitation to tender for Adoption Support Services, to include: Lot 1 — Advice, Support and Counselling Service. The service will provide a range of flexible, well communicated and accessible support services to adults and children affected by adoption and Special Guardianship (SG) families to improve their outcomes to include: — Advice and support — Therapeutic counselling and attachment focused therapy — Telephone Helpline; Lot 2 — Family Based Therapeutic Intervention. The service will provide family based therapeutic intervention based on developmental trauma and attachment. The service should include a model of therapy for families: — During the initial stages of placement — After the adoption order has been made In particular the Provider will provide an assessment of the family’s needs and clear plan of therapeutic intervention for adoptive families and children. This tender is being run under the Light Touch Regime.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: ‘Suffolk County Council incorporates a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract is communicated to the tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into.
If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
