The Council will welcome partnership bids. There is an expectation that the successful provider will seek match funding from other sources to enhance and develop the service The successful bidder will be required to enter into a lease with the County Council for a drop in space in the Lowestoft area Tender Submission deadline: Monday 12.3.2018 at 10.00
