This will provide a single point of access to a range of psychosocial, pharmacological and harm reduction interventions with referral on to recovery services and Tier 4 interventions.
Please note: Where a suitable solution is offered at the initial tender stage the Council reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tender without negotiation.

The Council is inviting bidders to request to participate in a competitive procedure with negotiation for the delivery of an innovative, recovery focussed, integrated drug and alcohol treatment service for adults in Derbyshire excluding Derby City, commencing on 1.4.2017.
This will provide a single point of access to a range of psychosocial, pharmacological and harm reduction interventions with referral on to recovery services and Tier 4 interventions.
The key services included in this provision will aim to:
— Create and deliver a fully integrated approach to treatment and recovery in Derbyshire;
— Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm;
— Improve the health, wellbeing and social functioning of service users;
— Provide recovery focussed treatment for those indicating drug or alcohol dependence;
— Equip service users with the tools required to achieve sustained recovery and community integration;
— Deliver an innovative, fair and equitable service, ensuring equality of access for drug and alcohol misusing individuals.
As part of the procurement process bidders will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) prior to submitting a tender bid.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Derbyshire County Council will operate a minimum of 10 calendar days standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to the relevant economic operators. Debriefing by the Council shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) (the Regulations). Such information should be requested form the addresses in Section 1.1).
