Suffolk County Council (the Authority) intends to appoint a contractor with relevant experience and a proven track record to deliver the Adult Learning Service contract for the period 1.8.2016 to 31.7.2019, extendable by up to 1 year (subject to funding). The single contract will be for the delivery of learning against the funding SCC receives from the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for the new Adult Education Budget (AEB). Additional Information. Under the Public Procurement Regulations 2015, Para.65(4). The Council intends to invite a minimum number of 3 candidates to tender. The Council may award the contract(s) on the basis of the initial tender submission without negotiation.
