This consists of 2 lots.

Lot 1: 5 bed 24 x 7 365 day a year at a single location within St Helens.

This will be a single contract award to 1 provider.

Lot 2: Crisis bed on an unplanned basis.

This will be a framework arrangement with a number of potential providers.

Both lots are to cater for adults aged 18 and over with disabilities covering both planned and unplanned periods of respite.

Contracts will run for an initial period from 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2021, subject to an annual review, with an option of 2 x 12-month extension periods.
