Description of the goods or services required

The Scottish Government’s Justice Directorate requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to carry out a national scoping exercise of advocacy services across Scotland which will look at provision of services under the violence against women agenda. This will include, but is not restricted to, services supporting victims of domestic abuse, prostitution, human trafficking, rape and sexual assault. This scoping exercise shall cover also services available for children and services available for men – where they may have an impact on women’s services (e.g. domestic abuse).
