The University is looking for a service provider to provide agency and advertising services. The contract period will be 2 years with the option to extend by an additional year. The aim of the contract includes (but is not limited to) delivering an effective brand and student recruitment strategy, recommend media to ensure registration key performance indicators are realised, recommend a media strategy, delivery of market insight and forecasts, secure best value, provide performance data and assist the University in developing the brand. The full specification is available on the University’s Procurement website. The service provider must have experience and a proven track record of providing this service. All other information as per the University’s Procurement website. A maximum of 5 suppliers will be taken through to the invitation to tender stage.

The University is looking for a service provider to provide agency and advertising services. The contract period will be 2 years with the option to extend by an additional year. The aim of the contract is to deliver an effective brand and student recruitment strategy, recommend media to ensure registration KPIs are realised, recommend a media strategy, delivery of market insight and forecasts, secure best value, provide performance data and assist in developing the brand. The top highest scoring suppliers from the SQ stage will be taken through to the ITT Stage.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:

The University of Bedfordshire will incorporate a standstill period from the date when the information of the award of the contract is communicated to the tenderers. The notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 (ten) calendar days, this provides time for the unsuccessful tendered to take any action they deem necessary should they feel aggrieved, before any contract is entered into. The Public Contract Regulations provide for the aggrieved parties to take action. Any action must be brought within the applicable time periods.
