— Supply of potable water tankering services for both planned and emergency events,
— Bowser readiness and distribution logistics for both planned and emergency events.

Southern Water is seeking to appoint 1 or more supplier (s) under the relevant lotting strategy for alternative water supply services. The scope of these services includes but is not limited to:
— Supply of bottled water, distribution logistics and storage of resilience stock for planned and emergency events including to vulnerable customers,
— Supply of potable water tankering services for both planned and emergency events,
— Bowser readiness and distribution logistics for both planned and emergency events.
1. Lot 1 — Supply of bottled water, distribution logistics and storage of resilience stock.
2. Lot 2 — Supply of potable water tankering services.
3. Lot 3 — Bowser readiness and distribution logistics.
Southern Water reserves the right to award 1 or more framework agreement/s under each Lot and to combine Lots as appropriate into 1 or more agreement (s) depending on the responses received to the OJEU notice. Southern Water also reserves the right to make no award as a result of this procurement process or may award Lots in part or in whole.

Once registration has been completed, all interested parties will be emailed a link to a form to fill out with further information including the detail of which lots you wish to bid for. The framework agreement/s will be let without subsequent publication of a call for competition. This notice fulfils the contracting entity’s obligations by informing the market of this notice being the call for competition.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Southern Water will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 6) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
