The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). The selection process will be by firstly notifying an expression of interest. An expression of interest will be deemed to be the completion and submission of a pre-qualification questionnaire by the date indicated in the pre-qualification documents obtainable from the address in Annex A below. Practices shortisted from a qualitative assessment of the pre qualification submissions will be invited to tender. Final selection will be on the basis of best value by balancing quality and price.
