The Group wish to appoint a suitably experienced panel of solicitors’ firms (the Panel) upon whose services the current in-house legal team can call upon. Expressions of interest are welcome from firms for the aspects of legal work summarised within Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 of the specification The appointed Panel will be called upon by Thirteen where demand for legal services exceeds in-house capacity or is outside the scope of in-house expertise. The Panel will be in place for a period of three (3) years, commencing September 2015, with the option for Thirteen to extend for an additional year. Firms that are interested in providing services must demonstrate relevant expertise and experience.
