Description of the contract

The purpose of this exercise is to assist South Holland District Council and/or South Holland Homes in deciding which suppliers to appoint to an Approved List which will be used to invite those suppliers to tender for the construction of new affordable dwellings on a Design & Build basis over a maximum period of 3 years. As an indication it is anticipated that in Year 1 there will be approximately 7 schemes consisting of 2 / 3 properties.
