This contract is for the provision of ad hoc (as required) catering services to be provided for a range of functions within Council Buildings. Some of the services required will be specifically for the Council and others will be procured by the Council for third parties using our facilities. The function/meeting rooms of the Town Hall and other main Council Buildings are utilised for this purpose.

St. Helens Council does not operate its own in house catering facilities.

As such service providers are required to administer the day to day catering requirements of the Council’s buildings. Those organising functions within our buildings are not permitted to access other caterers outside of this process.

The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a number of catering companies to provide catering services within St.Helens Council Buildings.

The services have been placed into the following lots:

Lot 1:   Daily meetings, training courses and other similar events (All Buildings but mainly Town Hall)

Lot 2:  Civic and Mayoral Functions (Town Hall only)

The deadline for submissions is: 26th November 2015 at 5pm

PLEASE NOTE – that due to an upgrade of the system, the Chest will not be accessible from 5pm on the 19th of November, until 9am 23rd November 2015.
