North Yorkshire County Council (The Council) is acting on behalf of the Yorkshire and Humber Adoption Consortium (The Consortium) to implement an Approved Provider List (APL) for the provision of Therapeutic Support Services.
The Approved List will run in 2 phases:
— Phase 1 — establishment of the approved list, this phase will have a deadline for return of submissions. Service providers have the option to return within this deadline (14.12.2015, 12:00 noon).
— Phase 2 — Live Approved Provider List, once the list is established, the application process will reopen and any service providers will have the opportunity to submit an application at any time up until the end date of 31.3.2021.
There will be no limit on the number of services providers who wish to apply for this APL. All service providers who meet the minimum criteria will be appointed onto the APL. The Approved Provider List will go live from 1.4.2016 and operate for a period of 5 years.
Please note we are running this procurement under the Light Touch Regime Regulations.

North Yorkshire County Council (the Council) is acting on behalf of the Yorkshire and Humber Adoption Consortium (the Consortium) to implement an Approved Provider List (APL) for the provision of Therapeutic Support Services.
