Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: In accordance with Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) the contracting authorities will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the contract award decision is communicated to tenderers. Part 9 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) provides for economic operators who have been harmed or at risk of harm by breach of the regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be brought within the applicable limitation period.
