Northumberland County Council wishes to create a building design consultancy framework to supplement the in-house team in the delivery of a design and project management function for the property-related capital programme. The consultancy will include architecture, services engineering, structural engineering, quantity and building surveying, environmental design, CDM co-ordination, ecology and clerk of works functions.
This Framework will cover the requirements of Public Bodies for Design Consultancy Services throughout the North East of England and Cumbria.
