II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Winchester City Council (the ‘Council’) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide architectural design and ancillary services (including urban design and BIM) for a new sport and leisure facility in Winchester. The sport and leisure facility has an estimated construction value of circa GBP 30m and forms part of a wider sports park. It will include (subject always to feasibility and financial viability) a 50m swimming pool together with ancillary wet and dry facilities. The proposed facility is situated on a greenfield site on the edge of the City of Winchester adjacent to residential areas and the M3 motorway near the South Downs. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by Bidders shall be the sole responsibility of Bidders.

The Council reserves the right to award the contract in whole or part.
