Architectural service for the design and delivery of new sports and leisure facilities. The awarding authority will be Blackburn College. The project is to be designed and delivered on behalf of the College and their partners. It is anticipated that the successful practice will develop the design from RIBA stage C to completion however the appointment will include due diligence or acceptance of the RIBA stage C report. Estimated construction value £8m net

Blackburn College also reserves the right not to award a contract or to award a contract for parts or part of the services only.
Blackburn College reserves the right to novate the awarded contract to an SPV or other collaborative or legal partnership vehicle set up by Blackburn College with another public sector body. Further details to be provided in the ITT documents.
Blackburn College will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their response to the PQQ or tender submissions.
