Joint and several liability. Should the successful tenderer be a consortium of companies, the lead partner will be responsible for completing the commission on behalf of the consortium and all payments will be made to the lead partner for services rendered by the consortium. Support partners will be required to complete a collateral warranty agreement in favour of the Contracting Authority.

The London Borough of Hillingdon reserves the right not to award a contract for part or all of the services advertised under this notice only at its sole discretion and the London Borough of Hillingdon and shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant/tenderer as a result of its exercise or that decision at its sole discretion.
All costs incurred by the applicant/tenderer before signature of any contract with the London Borough of Hillingdon and/or any other client shall be incurred entirely at the applicant/tenderer’s risk, and the London Borough of Hillingdon/any other client shall not have any liability whatsoever for those costs.
