The principal intention of the framework is to provide specialist technical services. The estimated maximum potential workload for the framework is £8,700,000.00 over the life of the framework agreement.
The framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years and is divided into 5 lots with the estimated maximum potential workload for each lot as shown below:
Lot 1: Land Drainage Advice (£821,000)
– Provision of Land Drainage Engineers
Lot 2: Highways Advice and Project Support (£3,120,000)
– Provision of Senior Highway Engineers, Highway Engineers, Street Lighting Design Engineers and Highway Technical Assistants
Lot 3: BIM Advice and Project Support (£1,780,000)
– Provision of BIM advisor, Senior BIM Technicians, BIM Technicians and BIM Support Assistants
Lot 4: Civil Engineering Project Support (£1,640,000)
– Provision of Senior Civil Engineers, Project Engineers and Project Technicians

In that event, the contractual relationship would be between the individual Authority accessing the Framework Agreement and the Framework Consultant.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: East Riding of Yorkshire Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the framework is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contract (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009 No 2992) provide for an economic operator who suffers or risks suffering loss or damage by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
