West Dunbartonshire Council require to secure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Asbestos Consultant to carry out Asbestos Management Surveys to communal areas of their buildings and housing stock, as per the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 (CAR 2006), amended in 2012.
