The scope of the project is to set up a Framework agreement for the provision of assistive technology including hardware, software and other forms of support to the UoS staff and to our students.
The main aim of the framework is to provide the following (including but not limited to):
— Quotations for AT equipment at competitive prices;
— Answers to our pre-sales and technical queries;
— AT equipment that conforms to our requirements as set out below;
— After sales service including free technical support;
— Quality standards and other related criteria are met or exceeded;
