The contractor will be responsible for the collection, preparation for sale, storage, remarketing, sale of vehicles and plant and similar assets and the prompt return of sale proceeds after disposal, of vehicles and plant. The sale process must be managed by the contractor to return optimum residual value for the vehicles or plant. This contract is a framework contract for the managed remarketing of vehicles and plant.
