IWM wishes to gain a deeper understanding of our audiences’ digital behaviours. This contract relates to undertaking research to uncover our audiences’ existing and future-facing online goals and behaviour patterns in relation to our remit. This research will enable us to create a website which reflects our mission and values, and provide both existing and new audiences with the information and experiences they need.
