II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

Behavioural Assessment Consultancy services in the production of technical assessment and evaluation methodology to support the HS2 Main Works Civils Contracts.
HS2 will adopt behavioural assessment as part of the assessment criteria for all significant procurement activity.
Behavioural assessment will test 3 key areas for HS2 Ltd:
— Behaviours that demonstrate alignment with organisational wide values and competencies. This aims to ensure that the Tenderer can effectively align with the mission, vision and core strategic goals and will deliver in-line with its values,
— Particular behaviours, relevant to a particular contract, where not covered by the above,
— The behaviours of Joint Ventures. These are organisations constructed from other organisations, all component organisations needing to align with each other as well as with HS2 Ltd.
The Behavioural Assessment team will support HS2 Ltd with production of the above competencies and criteria and the subsequent management of the behavioural assessment centres.
