Description
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Bikeability training for children and young people.
Training will include Level 1/2 and Level 3 Bikeability courses and Bikeability Plus ‘Balance’ and ‘Learn to Ride’ modules at schools and other suitable locations within the Borough.
The contract term will be for 20 months as stated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents. Estimated contract spend is subject to Department for Transport Bikeability Grant funding, up to a maximum of £47,000 in 2018/19 and £47,000 in 2019/20

RFQ clarifications to be submitted in writing via e-mail, including ‘Bikeability RFQ clarification’ clearly in the e-mail subject line, to Philip Martlew/Jane Deeley at stars@swindon.gov.uk by 10th April 2018, 1600 hrs UK Local time.
The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor’s responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.
RFQ Responses are required to be submitted no later than 16th April 2018, 1600 hrs UK Local time by e-mail to trafficmanager@swindon.gov.uk only, including ‘Bikeability RFQ Response’ in the email subject line.
