Connect Housing is seeking requests to participate in a Competitive Dialogue procurement process from suitably qualified and experienced consultancy services which are interested in supporting the Association to develop its core brand and wider digital offer.
This Contract Notice will give you a description of our requirements for the brand/website redevelopment and roll out. It sets out the procurement process and the award criteria and weightings.
To be considered, your completed Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) and specified supporting information (please refer to additional documents associated with this tender notice, and specifically the 4 Key Qualitative Questions for Stage 1 Evaluation in the Contract Notice document) must be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 31 August 2018. Late submissions will not be considered.

At this stage it is intended that the procurement process should be concluded and contracts signed by the end of December 2018, with a view to starting work in early 2019.
