The framework will be used for a variety of projects ranging from small refurbishments up to more significant projects of a value up to (approximately) the OJEU Works threshold.
The tender has been split into the following lots:
— Lot 1 — Building construction Work including M&E Installations — Projects up to 250 000 GBP ex. VAT;
— Lot 2 — Building construction Work including M&E Installations — Projects above 250 000 GBP ex. VAT;
