Building construction work. FCHO invites applications for the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) from competent Main Contractors with relevant experience of main building and design works for the construction of the new head office building in the centre of Oldham. The minimum annual turnover of the main contractor must be at least 20 000 000 GBP.
The budget allocated for this project is c. 7 000 000 GBP and the building will be approximately 30 000 square feet. The successful contractor will be on board in the early stages of the design to work with 5Plus Architects, it is anticipated that the construction will be an 18 month programme which is to be completed October 2014.
