1.8 The value of the Authority’s capital projects programme (works cost exc. Major Projects) over the next 3 years is forecast to be circa 8 000 000 GBP.
The Authority’s requirements will be broken down into 5 Lots:
1. Architects;
2. Civil/Structural Engineers;
3. Principal Designer;
4. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering;
5. Quantity Surveyors.
You may submit interest in 1, or any number of Lots.
The Contract will be 36 months in duration, with the option to extend by 2 periods of 12 months, giving a total possible duration of 60 months (5 years).

Bidders are required to be registered on the Due North etendering procurement system to take part any further in this procurement exercise and to access the Tender Documents and Schedules. Anyone can register and will be notified of any future Authority opportunities. The portal will add you to a pool of suppliers used by NHS procurement departments throughout the country that use Due North. This gives a registered supplier the chance to bid on other work.
