1)Short description

Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust (SRFT) capital are looking for a Framework Architect who will work and report to the Capital Team in the delivery of all capital schemes. The objective of the appointment is predominantly:
1. The Consultant shall lead, co-ordinate and integrate the design work of the Design Team including all other design consultants appointed in connection with the Works (the ‘Consultant Team’) with that of their own design in accordance with the agreed programme of Works, provided that the requirements of the other consultants are communicated to the Consultant in such time as to allow the same to be properly incorporated into the design of the development.
2. The Consultant shall co-operate and consult with other Consultants to the extent necessary to ensure the proper and timely performance of the Services in accordance with this Appointment. Should any disputes arise, the Consultant shall on request provide such assistance as is reasonable to enable such disputes to be resolved.
3. During the course of the Consultant’s Appointment if requested, the Consultant shall attend meetings with the Employer and others as may be necessary to deal with matters appertaining to the Project.
4. The Consultant shall not without the Employer’s written consent, issue any instructions or make or permit any material change in the designs and specifications after they have been approved by the Employer.
5. Integrate into the Works the design work of others with responsibility for completing detailed design, including any design carried out by the trade contractors.
