The Northern Ireland Housing Executive wishes, through a procurement exercise, to select and appoint two firms of solicitors to be members of a ‘Building Contracts Solicitors Panel’. This Panel will cover the whole of Northern Ireland, for a period of three years commencing 30.8.2015 until 29.8.2018 with an option to extend the duration of the Panel for a further period of 1 year (that is, possible Panel duration of 4 years in total).
