Coventry University London Campus intends to award a contract to a single supplier for the supply of planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive services for mechanical /electrical and specialist building systems services together with office cleaning services at East India House, Middlesex Street, London, E1 7JF. The planned start on site is the 12.10.2015 following a 3-4 week mobilisation period. The contract shall be for a 3 year term with the option to extend for 2 additional 1 year terms subject to performance, monitored at regular intervals throughout the contract term.
