The DPS is to supply construction works primarily for the Choice Housing Ireland Limited, Social Housing Development Programme.
It is envisaged the works will primarily range from new build social housing to new build social/affordable housing mix. The works may also include property refurbishment. Contractors may be expected to provide design elements to the project which may include limited instructed design to be detailed within the tender.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to pick multiple winners from each competition. Tenders may include but not limited to fixed price submissions shared risk elements and traditional price list/bill of quantities.
Works are separated into the following Lots:
1. Lot 1 — Building Works below 1 000 000 GBP,
2. Lot 2 — Building Works 1 000 000 GBP to 2 500 000 GBP,
3. Lot 3 — Building Works above 2 500 000 GBP.
Please note that if applicants are applying to all 3 Lots the Contracting Authority may at their sole discretion, limited the number of Lots to a maximum of 2 per applicant.

Section VI: Complementary information

VI.1)Additional information:

The DPS will be open for 4 years. Applicants may apply at any time and subject to satisfactory performance will be permitted to remain within the DPS.
In the vent of poor performance Contractors may be removed from the DPS until such times as sufficient evidence can be prodced that the applicant has ‘cleansed’ the poor performance issues.
The Contracting Authority may Novate the DPD to any company within the wider Choice Housing Ireland Limited group of companies, this may include Choice Affordable Housing, Choice Development and Choice Housing.
Applicants should complete a self declaration form to be admitted onto the DPS, in the event the applicant is successful the information contained within the declaration must be presented within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in a project not being awarded.
