NHHT envisage that appointment contracts will be let to those within a particular discipline or group of disciplines (“lots”) of the Consultants Framework for the provision of consultancy services

Any member of the Notting Hill Housing Group (both current and future) shall be entitled to call-off contracts with consultants under the Framework Agreements for the provision of consultancy services

The Notting Hill Housing Group means Notting Hill Housing Trust (“NHHT”), Notting Hill Home Ownership Ltd (“NHHO”); any subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking and/or associate of NHHT and/or NHHO (from time to time); any subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking and/or associate (from time to time) of a subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking and/or associate of NHHT and/or NHHO (from time to time); any parent undertaking (from time to time) of NHHT and/or NHHO; and any subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking and/or associate of a parent undertaking of NHHT and/or NHHO (from time to time)

“subsidiary undertaking” and “parent undertaking” have the meanings in section 1162 of the Companies Act 2006 and “subsidiary” and “associate” bear the same meaning in s.271 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 and/or section 15 of the Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968

In addition, any provider of social housing including without limitation any Registered Provider (as defined in the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 and registered with the Homes and Communities Agency), local authorities and/or Arm’s-Length Management Organisations (ALMO) will be entitled to call off under the Framework Agreement with the written consent of NHHT

Notting Hill Housing is a registered social housing provider with a funded development programme of 1 200 dwellings per annum. They wish to enter into consultants framework agreements with consultants in a range of disciplines and who will provide the required services to prepare for and support works contracts for the development programme.
