III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
The Contractor may be requested to provide a certificate from the Registrar of Companies stating that he is certified as incorporated or registered or, where he is not so certified, a certificate stating that the person concerned has declared on oath that he is engaged in the profession in a specific place under a given business name.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
In the first instance, candidates should register with www.mytenders.org and express an interest in the contract. A pre-qualification questionnaire will need to be completed and returned to www.mytenders.org as part of the request to participate in the process.
Candidates will need to provide as part of the request to participate process details of turnover, profit and capital and reserves for previous 3 years. Any candidate found to be guilty of serious misrepresentation in proving false or inaccurate information may be declared ineligible and not selected to continue with the process.
A required minimum level of turnover for companies wishing to participate in this process is identified in the PQQ documentation.
III.1.3)Technical and professional ability

Candidates will need to provide as part of the request to participate process evidence of business quality standards, accreditations and relevant experience. Any candidate found to be guilty of serious misrepresentation in proving false or inaccurate information may be declared ineligible and not selected to continue with the process.
PQQ Risk Grid Status will be evaluated on a Pass / Fail basis. Please see the explanation detailed in the PQQ for further information.
Levels of insurance cover will be evaluated on a Pass / Fail basis. To pass this evaluation the suppliers must hold or be willing to obtain the following levels of insurance cover to the minimum level of: Public Liability Insurance — 5 000 000 GBP and Employers Liability Insurance — 5 000 000 GBP.
For those suppliers that ‘Pass’ the above assessments, the PQQ Financial Score achieved will be added to the Economic and Financial Standing section and weighted by the Section weighting.

The Charter School will open a 2nd school The Charter School, East Dulwich in September 2016. This will be a co-educational, non-selective, non-faith, inclusive 11-18 secondary school run by The Charter School Educational Trust.
The East Dulwich School will be based on a temporary site for 2 years until the permanent site has been refurbished.
