Derby Museums is inviting tenders from suitably qualified organisations to deliver for Business Planning for the development of Derby Silk Mill – Museum of Making.

The aim of the Business Plan is to research and detail robust revenue budgets that will sustain the Derby Silk Mill-Museum of Making facilities and activities for the future.

The Business Plan will cover both the commercial and non-commercial aspects for the development and include thorough public and stakeholder consultation alongside desk research to inform the options for activity and event programming and commercial opportunities and will comply with Heritage Lottery Fund Business Planning Guidance.
