Blue Orchid over the next 3 years will be delivering (with partners) a range of commercial and public services, including ERDF delivery. These services will be predominantly in both Cheshire and the Greater Manchester Area.
As part of this development activity and to ensure compliance with EU procurement legislation a framework of suppliers is to be assembled across 4 Lots will be developed. The framework is expected to last for no more than four years.
Annual “refresh” of the framework will take place to enhance the supply base and to reflect changing conditions. Successful framework suppliers need not reapply each year, but would be expected to provide up to date information such as: employer and employee; professional indemnity assurance etc.
