Description of the contract

Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of Business Support for SME’s in Recruitment Induction processes. This project will encourage businesses, through specialist advisor support, to adopt recruitment and retention strategies within the workplace that are effective in reducing staff turnover and increasing productivity. This is a two-stage project. Stage One: The supplier will provide in-depth specialist advice and support to a minimum of 25 businesses Stage Two: The supplier will produce a report outlining recruitment and induction barriers facing our local SMEs, using specific evidence from the first part of the project, and speaking to other local businesses and intermediaries. They will develop relevant material or tools that can be placed on local websites for use by other local businesses in the future and promote findings and tools through local events.
