VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Without prejudice to the remedies provided under Part 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the Contracting Authority shall incorporate a minimum 10 day standstill period at the point that an award decision notice pursuant to Regulation 86 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 is communicated to tenderers.
