This PIN is for a managed service to provide contact centre and application processing services to support applications for the renewable heat incentive (RHI) for eligible installations to domestic properties. The RHI is a new Government environmental programme designed to increase the uptake of renewable heat technologies by providing incentive payments to eligible generators of renewable heat and is the first programme of its kind worldwide.
Estimated contract value for a 2 year contract is up to 5 000 000 GBP.
Contract term will be 2 years plus possible extension with a break point after year 1.
