The Authority wishes to enter into a contract with a contractor for the provision of the service for the enforcement and of on and off-street parking within their Special Enforcement Area that consists of providing Civil Enforcement Officers to carry out parking enforcement duties.
The Contract Period will commence in July 2015 and continue for an initial period of 5 years. The Authority may extend this agreement beyond the Initial Term by a further three periods of extension of such lengths as shall be agreed between the Parties in writing up to an aggregate total of 5 years (Extension period).
It is estimated that this total contract value will be approximately 7,50000 GBP over the potential 10 year period.
