This notice follows a Prior information notice ‘2014/S 087-152520 United Kingdom-Worcester: Canteen and catering services’ published in May 2014.

Following pre-engagement meetings with several catering companies a decision was made to alter the scope of the contract mentioned in the PIN and is now as follows:
Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police are looking for interested parties regarding a new contract for the provision of a catering service. The contract will be let in Lots and will consist of the following:
Lot 1. 2 x Restaurants, Hospitality Services, Operational Catering and Vending at the restaurant sites.
Lot 2. Vending excluding the restaurant sites divided into sub-lots as follows:
2.1 — Herefordshire,
2.2 — Shropshire including Telford and Wrekin,
2.3 — Warwickshire,
2.4 — Worcestershire.
