Capacity Building Workshops – Domiciliary Care Commissioning

Description of the goods or services required

Expressions of interest and quotations are sought to provide up to 3 workshops to facilitate learning and information exchange between participants in relation to:

– Co-production of home care services

– Designing & delivering home care services which support individuals to achieve their wellbeing outcomes (as defined by the Social Services & Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 and the Wales Government’s working draft National Outcomes Framework)

– Value for money in terms of triple bottom line (social, economic & environmental) outcomes.

Participants should be encouraged to identify and feedback on how these issues can influence a transformation in both commissioning and delivery of domiciliary care services

Total quantity or scope of tender

– Up to 3 workshops to be facilitated in the central North Wales area by 20th March 2015 (venues to be confirmed, all venue costs to be borne by the commissioner).

– It is anticipated that there may be between 50 – 75 participants involved in the programme.

– A final project evaluation report detailing the proposed learning outcomes, the delivery method and feedback from participants.

– Quotations invited in the standard format required by Denbighshire County Council for services to the value of £10,000 or less.
