Lot 1 — Works over 500 000 GBP
All work will be awarded following further competition in line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the works with a given project.
Lot 2 — Works under 500 000 GBP
All work will be awarded following further competition in line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all specified requirements within the further competition documentation. Lot 2 will be split as follows;
— Joinery General Building (Lot 2a).
— Mechanical (Lot 2b).
— Electrical (Lot 2c).

The elected supplier(s) will be expected to supply Capital Development Works, and all related services as requested by the contracting authority from time to time. Further additions to their ranges will also be included. The Trusts named in 1.1 being may also act on behalf of Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust and any other Trust or organisation formed by the changes to NHS Trusts in Lincolnshire following any future government legislation publications or changes. The Framework Agreement will be for a 2 year period with an option to extend for 2 x 12 months period.
