We are seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the car parks and associated infrastructure as follows, under a design and build contract.
CP1a – an extension to the existing surface and deck at the eastern perimeter of the University of Warwick Campus at Gibbet Hill. The proposed development will increase capacity from 244 to 375 spaces.
A full application was made ref: FUL/2014/1162.
New MSCP and link road – the construction of a new multi-storey car park and dedicated vehicular access from Lynchgate Road near to Academic Square within the central campus. The proposed development will deliver 608 internal and 21 external spaces.
