In the case of a consortium candidate, equivalent details for (1) to (4) above should be provided for each member of the consortium.
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: When expressing an interest in this notice, parties must provide a statement including case studies of previous projects to demonstrate in-house capability and capacity for manufacturing and building of modular decking car parking systems.
This must cover, but not limited to, the following:
Ability to adapt an established modular design to take account of, and be sympathetic to, local environmental conditions and constraints. (e.g. conservation areas).
Speed of construction to minimise disruption to existing car park.
Ability to add additional levels for future proofing.
Ability to maximise available space on site.
Confirmation whether or not you hold Network Rails Principal Contractor Licence.
Preferred experience of working in a railway environment adjacent to open railway lines.
