The project encompasses an existing multi storey car park and walkway link which will require demolition.

The project is part of the wider Vibrant and Viable Places overall programme of work. The project comprises a new 240 (target number of spaces) multi-storey car park for and on behalf of Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC), plus 28 No. apartments and 820 m3 GFA of A3 type commercial unit space for Coastal Housing Group Limited (CHGL). The development is located on land adjacent to Water Street, Bridgend.

Approximate overall budget for the construction of the project is GBP 8 m.
Estimated Project Timescale:-

— Anticipated Completion — December 2016;

Coastal Housing Group Limited is committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the wider community.
